The original house was built during the 1850’s, it was deeded to John Wesley Fallas’ sister, Betsey Fallas. She lived in the house with her mother. The original home fell into disrepair; it was burned down in the early 1900’s and another home was built on the same foundation, or possibly another building from elsewhere in the village was moved to the current location and became the new “Betsey Fallas” house. This is a private residence – please do not disturb occupants.
